Dr. Panagiotis Argyrakis is an Electronic Engineer, born in 1976, with many years of experience in networks, telecommunications, and electronics. He has worked in organizations such as the Hellenic Aerospace Industry, the National Observatory of Athens, the Technological Educational Institute of Crete, the University of West Attica, the Democritus University of Thrace, and numerous European and co-funded research programs. He has extensive expertise in configuring and maintaining network devices (routers, firewalls, switches, 3G routers, etc.) and in the installation and configuration of GNSS stations.

Additionally, he has academic experience as an adjunct lecturer at the University of West Attica, where he teaches subjects such as Spatial Databases, General Cartography, Digital Cartography, Computer Networks, and Java Network Programming. He is also a licensed UAV operator and has taught at the Dominate school as an instructor in UAV operator certification courses.

His academic studies include a BSc in Electronic Engineering from the Piraeus University of Applied Sciences, a Master's in Advanced Topics in Telecommunications and Networks from the University of Peloponnese, and a PhD in Data, Signal, and Time Series Analysis from the University of Peloponnese. His digital skills include programming (Python, Matlab, Java), spatial information systems (ArcGIS Pro, QGIS), and artificial intelligence algorithms. Furthermore, he has contributed to the scientific community with 245 citations and holds an h-index of 9 and an i10-index of 9 according to Google Scholar.
